The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment and operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This role will oversee the end-to-end revenue operations process, leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue growth and achieve business targets. The Director of Revenue Operations will be key to driving continuous improvements in sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the company's overall objectives.
- Sales and Marketing Analytics: Leverage data to analyze sales and marketing performance, identify trends, forecast future revenue, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate and actionable revenue forecasts, providing senior leadership with insights on performance, trends, and areas of opportunity.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize revenue processes to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and eliminate bottlenecks across the revenue cycle.
- CRM Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other revenue tools to ensure they are being utilized effectively.
- Revenue Technology Stack: Manage and integrate the revenue tech stack (e.g., sales tools, marketing automation, customer success platforms) to improve productivity and streamline operations.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and execution of operational processes.
- Data Integrity & Cleanliness: Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of all revenue-related data.
- KPI & Metrics Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of revenue initiatives, sales team performance, and overall business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives to improve revenue operations and ensure the team adapts to evolving business needs, technologies, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Skills:
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue operations tools (e.g., sales enablement tools, analytics software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and the ability to optimize them.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a solid understanding of revenue growth strategies in SaaS or similar industries.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency and performance.

- Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. Potential Salary Range: $125-150K. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
