Be in the driver’s seat of your career as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with the industry leader- and build a career you can trust.

The FP&A Manager plays a critical part in delivering strategic insights that drive business value. By deeply understanding key performance metrics, this position supports both financial and operational strategy. The individual in this role will lead the measurement and analysis of SaaS metrics—such as product and customer margins, profitability, and annual recurring revenue—across products, regions, and customer cohorts. The FP&A Manager will also develop customer-based cohorts, such as by industry, by region, product mix, and by size, to understand and optimize product pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department leaders to identify and execute key performance metrics for the business, with a focus on driving value creation
  • Help drive the annual three-year planning process, zero-based budgeting process, and monthly forecasting process
  • In collaboration with the finance and operations teams and our private-equity owner, develop all revenue and cost KPIs, identifying the key cohorts to be measured and reported on monthly
  • Develop early warning signals to alert functional leaders of potential issues
  • Provide the monthly variance analysis delivered to all functional leaders monthly, working with all the various company departments responsible for their budget
  • Work closely with the CFO, FP&A leader, and private equity investors to support the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, analysis of assets and liabilities, and collaboration with the PE team in providing key inputs into financial modeling
  • Lead the creation and configuration of secure virtual data rooms (VDRs) in preparation for transactions. Ensure data rooms are properly structured and organized to facilitate efficient data sharing, collaboration, and secure access.
  • Data Integrity & Cleanliness: Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of all company reporting data.
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives to improve EBITDA and ensure the company adapts to evolving business needs, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute operationally and strategically to the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate financial and people planning seamlessly.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and complex work processes and thrive in a dynamic, growing, and shifting industry and business climate
  • Ability to analyze problems, exercise judgment, make sound objective decisions, and implement solutions at both a strategic and functional level
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, development, and support experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and various FP&A systems
  • Ability to develop complex financial models but summarize key metrics and conclusions in an executive manner.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations, with deep experience in the SaaS industry
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency and performance.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborating as a team to raise the bar by enhancing skills and fostering continuous improvement to achieve higher standards of performance and success.
