Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence.
- Monitor and document client progress, including vital signs and any changes in health status.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to resident rights and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all clients at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or patient care is preferred.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with resident rights and long-term care practices is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
