At the front desk, you will welcome and assist patients with their check-in process and ensure their visits are efficient and comprehensive. Additionally, you will help guide the patient through their visit by compiling accurate patient data, completing the correct check-in workflows, process payments, schedule appointments, and more. As a patient advocate, you will be required to provide a high-level of customer service that directly aligns with our patient-centered medical home model. Support organizational goals to better assist patients and improve community health outcomes.
