Access Computer Training is a leading technical training school helping individuals transition into high-demand IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud/PMP careers. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Student Recruitment & Sales Specialist to join our team and connect aspiring students to our transformative programs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, text - warm leads.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, grants, certifications, and career outcomes
- Maintain our database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups through to student admission
- Reach and exceed sales goals to ensure consistent increased monthly enrollments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in education sales, admissions and customer service
- Knowledgeable in local, military/veteran and state grants such as WIOA, VR, VA, VRE, GTF, GiBill
- Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills and knowledge of technical course offerings
- Passion for education and helping others succeed
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet enrollment targets
A Good Fit:
- If you've got previous experience with getting students through grant approvals
- If you are knowledgeable on technical courses such as CompTIA, ECCouncil, Microsoft, PMP, Cloud (AWS)
- If you have recruited students for other schools in the past and have a successful record of increasing revenue by your efforts
