About the Role:
- 9-month contract-to-hire (intending to convert to full time)
- Hybrid schedule (4 days/week onsite in Denver Tech Center)
- Local Denver candidates are preferred
- Flexible hourly rates
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Define operational procedures and establish KPIs with monitoring and escalation protocols.
- Accelerate development for roadmap features based on customer needs
- Identify risks and pain points, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Enhance internal processes and promote knowledge sharing through training and documentation
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to refine customer requirements and identify platform enhancement opportunities
Skills and Knowledge:
- Expertise in enterprise cloud solutions (private, public, hybrid)
- Proficient in internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, HTTP)
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, OpenStack, VMware) and networking devices
- Experience in designing high availability and disaster recovery infrastructures
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and open-source contributions
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience
