About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in financial data analysis and reporting to support our Digital Banking and Cash Management (CMS) teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and possess a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Sales, Implementation, Product Management, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate, and report on Digital Banking and Cash Management functions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain monthly business review reports covering product and sales metrics, customer volumes, costs, fees, and service levels.
- Build client behavior profiles to identify cross-sell opportunities and service targeting strategies.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on post-sale revenue realization and customer retention.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Agile Delivery, and other teams to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Provide pricing analysis and model product profitability.
- Support internal teams with data requests for risk, compliance, and credit reviews.
- Analyze financial statements to support business performance evaluations.
- Present findings and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholder groups.
- Deliver custom reports to associations and external stakeholders as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Payments industry.
- Proficient in SQL, R, and Advanced Excel, including VBA.
- Familiar with tools like Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while leading projects or managing ongoing objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
