• What You’ll Be Doing :
• Multitasking by handling both phone and computer work at the same time
• Providing top-notch customer service to our patients with a positive and clear phone presence
• Staying organized and maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
• Assisting patients with their questions and concerns in a friendly, helpful manner
• What We’re Looking For :
• Basic computer skills (don’t worry, we’ll help you get the hang of it!)
• Strong commitment to helping and serving others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping organized
• Keen attention to detail
• Dental or call center experience is a
• plus
• but not required
• Hours of Operation :
• Monday - Thursday : 8am-5pm
• Friday : 8am - 12pm
