- What You’ll Be Doing :
- Multitasking by handling both phone and computer work at the same time
- Providing top-notch customer service to our patients with a positive and clear phone presence
- Staying organized and maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
- Assisting patients with their questions and concerns in a friendly, helpful manner
- What We’re Looking For :
- Basic computer skills (don’t worry, we’ll help you get the hang of it!)
- Strong commitment to helping and serving others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping organized
- Keen attention to detail
- Dental or call center experience is a
- plus

- Hours of Operation :
- Monday - Thursday : 8am-5pm
- Friday : 8am - 12pm
