Welding Supervisor
Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Shift : 2nd Shift (3 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM, Monday - Thursday, with optional or mandatory overtime on Fridays)
Job Summary : Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor to join a local company's team. This salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a growing team of welders and machine operators.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage a team of 10-18 direct reports.
Ensure production schedules are met and maintain high-quality standards.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinate with other supervisors and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week, including potential half days on Fridays.
Qualifications :
Previous leadership experience is essential.
Welding or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
