Our company is looking to hire a full-time Video Systems Technical Lead to be responsible for creating and developing new solutions and improving existing ones.

Revolution Lightboards is the premier manufacturer and provider of video equipment solutions which make recording simple and engaging. Often this includes one of our flagship lightboards or a real-time green-screen system to create natural, immersive presentations. We develop and build a variety of proprietary video production systems in-house, some of which are already patented with further patents pending.
Our company culture is one of hands-on collaboration and continuous improvement where the best idea and implementation is a common target for all team members. All team members are expected to do high quality work. Were always trying to find ways to deliver a more complete, seamless product to not only meet our customers needs, but to anticipate and eliminate any friction points they may run into while using our products. Ultimately we strive to be helpful to our customers and it shows through in our success. We will invest hours to save every customer a minute.
Our substantial manufacturing equipment and systems allow us to quickly prototype and deploy new or custom systems when needed. Our demonstration studio spaces allow us to interact with prospects and customers remotely as well as drive further development of our systems. We have a talented team with diverse knowledge and decades of experience in video systems, product development, engineering, manufacturing, and customer insight. The successful candidate in this role will likely be an inventor listed on future patent applications.
We design, manufacture and ship from our facility in northeast Iowa to customers around the world.
