Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to work for a local company.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries.
Perform data entry to maintain client records.
Communicate clearly with clients.
Handle outbound calls as needed.
Collaborate with team members.
Assemble and disassemble products.
Problem solve and deescalate issues.
Requirements :
Previous customer support experience.
Proficiency in data entry and office software.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with email and point of sale systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with hand and power tools required.
Forklift experience preferred.
