FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
HOURS : PART-TIME, 20-25 HOURS, 1ST SHIFT
WAGE : $18-$20 / HOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Enter data in computer
2. Inspection of residential and commercial buildings
3. Organize storage areas and entry ways
4. Assist in managing maintenance stock
5. General custodial work
6. Grounds work to include : trimming and mowing
7. Perform property checks
8. Snow removal as needed
QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Computer skills
2. Hand tools experience
3. Valid drivers license for job sites
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5. Property maintenance experience a plus
