Job Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT AREN’T LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING) :
Production Art : Create vector artwork to customer specifications while adding creativity that makes us the best in the industry.
Customer Service : Provide first class customer service to deliver happiness to all customers.
Cross-functional Teamwork : Capability and aptitude to work well with other departments such as operation and sales, assist with design projects as needed.
Continuous Learning : Develop continuous learning with the latest technology in software, and consumer fashion and design elements.
Aids with the embroidery digitizing process.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or a related field
Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
