Stonehill has the ability to hire individuals to start working and being paid as a C.N.A. while completing their certification education and state testing within 4 months of hire.At Stonehill Communities, you build relationships with our residents while providing resident services in a variety of duties within our household setting. You make a difference in the lives of the residents and families we serve. Together with your supportive team, you will create an environment where residents thrive and all feel welcome.Positions are scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 4-hour and 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist the residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating, and toileting in accordance with the established standards and procedures. Also, providing maintenance and restorative care services to the residents as scheduled such as special hygiene, repositioning, toileting, and equipment servicing such as catheters and wheelchairs.
