- Starting salary $40k to $60k
- With bonus and compensation, ability to make up to $85k

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Present, promote, and sell products to construction clients
- Provide architectural support and specifications
- Create bids and proposals/packets
- Search for bid opportunities using Southern Tier Builder Exchange, Construct Connect, Procore, etc.
- Experience with Project Take Offs
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Work experience in sales and contract negotiation, preferably in a commercial setting
- Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to details
- Experience with reading and understanding product specifications & construction drawings
- Proficient in CRM software
- Project management experience is helpful
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: from $40,000 (plus bonus incentives)
- Expected hours: 40 per week M-F (day shift)
