Licensed Mental Health Therapist
SALARY RANGE : 60,000 - $78,000
DESCRIPTION :
ACCESS Family Care is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC, LMFT) to provide outpatient mental health counseling and psychotherapy services to a broad range of clients, including children and adolescents, within an integrated care setting.
LOCATION : Joplin.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The provider in this position will perform the following duties :
Complete diagnostic intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, consistent with evidence-based practices.
Educate clients regarding their diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and therapeutic process.
Provides mental health counseling and behavioral health services for clients, guided by their individualized treatment plan, to promote personal growth.
Works with interdisciplinary team of providers to collaboratively assist each client on their journey toward increased health and wellness.
Identifies, recommends, networks, and utilizes community resources to facilitate improved mental health functioning of all clients. Makes appropriate referrals, as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
Missouri license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC, LMFT).
Salary : $60,000 - $78,000
