Live-in Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Live-in Caregivers. As a live-in caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in our personal care homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Follow care plans tailored to each client's specific needs
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Experience in senior care, home care, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and caregiving best practices
- Familiarity with assisting individuals in assisted living or home community care settings
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and their families
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
