DESCRIPTION
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will oversee and enhance the functionality of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization's changing requirements. This position plays a key role in improving user engagement, refining workflows, and enabling data-informed decisions across teams. The Administrator will work collaboratively with various departments to tailor Salesforce solutions and provide strong support for business processes.
A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas
- Ensure the health and governance of AGG's Salesforce instance by implementing best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Handle administrative functions, including user management, security settings, workflow automation, Process Builder, and Flows .
- Oversee and maintain data integrity, de-duplication, and data security policies .
- Support regular audits of Salesforce , including system updates, release management, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support Sales, Marketing, and other business teams.
- Implement and deploy standard data management practices to improve data accuracy and usability.
- Provide insights from Salesforce data to help inform business decisions and optimize processes .
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to enhance workflows and drive business efficiency.
- Develop and implement business-related processes that streamline operations across all supported teams.
- Support the adoption and engagement of Salesforce by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other third-party technologies.
- Respond to user helpdesk and support requests related to Salesforce, sales processes, and integrated technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Other duties as requested by Leadership.

Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification is required.
