We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator for an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the practice and our company! You will conduct Treatment Presentations to ensure the patient understands their diagnosed treatment to improve their oral health, including coordinating financial arrangements. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Treatment Presentations to explain a patient’s Treatment Plan, includes coordination of financial arrangements and insurance benefits and ensure the patient’s understanding and acceptance of diagnosed treatment
Coordinate necessary appointments for dental care throughout all phases of a patient’s Treatment Plan
Assist the Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator with daily front-desk administrative tasks
Provide exceptional service to ensure patient expectations are met and exceeded
Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance and demeanor at all times, in accordance with our company’s Culture Guide and Values, while dealing with patients and team members
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Minimum of two years of customer-facing Dental Treatment Coordinating required
Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and organizational skills required
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
