What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse Injector position at ACCESS HEALTH SERVICES?
Mission /Purpose
To serve a vital role within our aesthetic team and bring integrity, compassion, high energy and a masterful approach to serving our patients and community. To provide outstanding patient care, clinical excellence, evidence based techniques and grow a portfolio of patients to increase LTV to the practice. To collaborate, support and mentor junior team members/staff along with serving as a valued and dependable colleague to our established practitioners within the practice.
Outcomes/Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of Clinical Outcomes / Appropriate Treatment of Patients
Assist in creating a unique, customer-focused aesthetic experience for patients
Perform injections, treatments and therapies within scope or care/license
Establish a patient centered approach for all new and existing patients/members, completing delegated tasks by the MRP (most responsible provider)
2. Actively Grow Practice Revenue
A friendly and enthusiastic personality is a daily expectation in this role with the inspiration to ensure that patient experiences run smoothly and that you work effectively with other team members to deliver an optimum patient experience.
Managing all new patient inquiries; promptly responding to all inbound patient inquiries (calls, messages, emails) during clinic hours when not directly involved in patient care
Attend to patient needs and inquiries as needed along with proatively
Educating all patients on processes and experiences within the practice.
3. Communication & Documentation
Ensure all patient related care is communicated to front desk/admin staff effectively and efficiently, following practice SOP's on hand-off procedures.
Maintain excellent records and documentation of all patient interactions, procedures and engagement.
4 Creative ideas and Community Involvement
Creative thoughts on ideas that can allow the practice to grow. Involvement in social media, community events, chamber of commerce, relationship building with referring doctors.
To grow brand awareness, patient volumes and contribute to overall revenue generation of practice
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.22 - $40.48 per hour
