POSITION SUMMARY:
The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the program, supporting providers and Field CM team members through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and handling confidential and time sensitive material. The SNF Administrative Assistant will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIIES
The development and maintenance of tracking methodologies for all SNF patients in local facilities
Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all SNF patients, after complete identification of said patients.
Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
Manage all incoming and outgoing letters, faxes and phone calls.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and order as needed with proper approval.
Schedule and participate in meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the appropriate teams.
Support the team in managing provider schedules and productivity.
Work amicably with others
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education
Medical Assistant
LPN
Experience preferred:
Medical terminology, medical office
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Must be able to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices in a results-driven approach
Excellent time and project management skills
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
A high level of integrity and trust
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
Adherence to appropriate business – casual dress reflecting facility- based requirements.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently move, stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. Travel is expected to assigned facilities – estimated travel 50%. The noise level of the work environment is quiet to moderate.
Language Ability: Proficient in English, clear speaking ability, preferred.
