Case Type: General, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, Neuro, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pain, Podiatry, OB

NO HEARTS, HEADS, SICK PEDS Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Special Requirements:

OB Deliveries per year: 578 approximately of which 186 were C-Sections

• Generally 1:4 & 1:3 (1:3 doc float for OB to place epidurals)
• Historically:
• Physicians: 90% supervision (1:3-1:4), including stat C-sections, sick/septic urology, and general surgery cases
• Ultrasound guided invasive line placement & major peripheral nerve blocks included TAP's required
• Docs generally place lines & blocks
• No CAAs, Students, or Residents rotating at this time
• Cross Credentialing at AdventHealth Murray
