Job Summary: The Field Assistant will provide support to the Field Supervisor by contributing to the smooth operation of daily tasks and assisting with key responsibilities that enhance the overall effectiveness of the team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of field operations.

Other Key People: Administrator/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer Human Resources, Scheduling Manager, Training & Events Coordinator, Training Assistant, Client Finance Manager, Client Benefits Manager, Program Coordinator, Property Manager, Field Managers, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Run and analyze reports to identify complete and accurate documentation of client plans, reporting discrepancies to Field Supervisor.
- Support with staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients.
- Provide on-site support to clients when directed by field supervisor
- Assist when needed during emergencies and urgent situations while remaining within the scope of non-supervisory responsibilities
- Provide shift coverage when other coverage is unavailable.
- Assist with scheduling Field Supervisor’s staff team meetings and ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
- Support staff with documentation when directed by supervisor.
- Assist Field Supervisors in the development and implementation of departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Participate in the after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

- Maintain open and timely communication with supervisors and other team members and attend meetings as required.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Adhere to state and agency administrative and personnel policies while supporting the vision, goals and values of Access Living, Inc.
- Maintain compliance with required training, certifications, and annual continuing education credits.
- Able to perform any of the requirements of those listed in the DSP Job Description when needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong organization with keen attention to detail.
- Run and interpret reports with a focus on completion and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams), internet browsers, and general computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving with the capability to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle for travel to various sites as needed.
- Must be able to pass and maintain an acceptable background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
