Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing community events for residents.
- Work closely with homeowners, volunteers, suppliers, and employees to ensure event success.
- Support the Lifestyle Director with event logistics and daily operations.
- Provide operational and administrative assistance as needed.
- Oversee the clubhouse and ensure compliance with clubhouse rules and regulations.
- Outgoing, cheerful, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Constant Contact, Website Management, and Publisher is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting to 25 lbs and walking the premises.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends based on event calendar.
- Schedule: Part-time, hourly with some weekend hours required.
