Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Maintenance Technician to preserve the good condition and functionality of one of our Premier Communities in Ellijay, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our community's facilities and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to perform various tasks, including:

• Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within our team.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Handling all aspects of maintenance for the community, from routine upkeep to emergency repairs.
• Promoting energy efficiency and cost savings through proactive maintenance practices.
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of projects.
• Tracking inventory and managing supplies to maintain optimal levels.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting potential liability concerns or safety hazards.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2 years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS regulations.
• A strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• An ability to work autonomously and make sound business decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• A sharp professional appearance and a willingness to adhere to our company's dress code policy.
• Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
A valid Georgia driver's license and pool maintenance experience are highly desirable.
