Maintenance Professional

Job Summary:
Access Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our Premier Communities in Ellijay, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of our community through thorough maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading by example and upholding the standards and behaviors consistent with Access Management's core values and culture.
• Ensuring timely follow-up and meticulous completion of service tickets to show care and concern for our residents.
• Handling all aspects of maintenance for the community, including general upkeep, cleanliness, grounds maintenance, amenity maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Pursuing preventative maintenance programs to preserve the value of the community.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS principles.
• A strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance and ability to work effectively with vendors, personnel, office staff, and management personnel.
