Job Overview :
The Coaching Manager is a vital member of the Coaching and Professional Development team, responsible for onboarding and mentoring new Community Association Managers (CAMs) and Assistant Managers. This position ensures the success of team members by providing ongoing coaching, support, and training. Additionally, the Coaching Manager collaborates with the Coaching Department to design and execute training programs and events for various roles within the organization.
