About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Access Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services as needed and/or assigned, assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities, addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns, and ensuring that tools, materials, and vehicles are maintained in good working order.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED and Two(2) years Facilities/Residential maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Pool maintenance experience preferred.
A valid Georgia driver's license is required.
