What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Lead position at Access Medical Clinic LLC?
We are seeking applicants for a clinical lead for our Texarkana, AR clinic. The clinic hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

The following list is a snapshot of the common duties for this position:
Patient Care Coordination
- Oversee and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
- Assist with triaging patients, when needed.
- Assist with checking in patients, when needed.
Staff Supervision
- Create and manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Collaborate and communicate schedules with the clinic manager.
Clinical Oversight
- Monitor and enforce compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards with coaching and verbal approaches.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA)
Education and Training
- Ensure new nursing staff have completed skills check off.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and act as a clinical resource.
Inventory/Equipment Management
- Oversee the inventory of medical supplies and cleaning supplies.
- Complete log during each shift working
- Complete monthly medication log.
- Complete autoclave spore testing process weekly.
- Ensure radiology badges are being reprocessed.
Radiology Management
- Ensure staff are wearing x-ray badges.
- Ensure staff are completing x-ray log.
- Ensure x-ray badges are being reprocessed.
Communication
- Elevate any issues with clinical staff compliance with policies, procedures and standards to clinic manager.
- Elevate any issues with clinical staff in regards to professionalism to the clinic manager.
- Collaborate with clinic manager to address workflow inefficiencies.
- Immediately report any supply, equipment, utility or maintenance issues.
