What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN position at Access Medical Clinic LLC?
We are seeking applicants for a Full time LPN in our Malvern, AR Urgent Care Clinic. Assistance with Receptionist duties will also be required. The clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

The following list is a snapshot of the common duties for this position:
- Monitor and record vital signs, medical history (surgical, family, etc)
- Perform phlebotomy procedures
- Assist with minor clinical procedures
- Point of care testing
- Administer medication, vaccinations
- Treat and assist patients with an illness or injury
- Gauge a patient's overall state of health
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Promote patient wellness
- Ensure appropriate legal and regulatory standards
- Referrals and Prior Authorizations
- Notify patients of test results
- Answer phones
- Perform registration duties as needed (verify insurance, update demographics, schedule appointment, etc)
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and updating patient records.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
- License/Certification:
- LPN license to practice in Arkansas
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
