LPN

We are seeking applicants for a Full time LPN in our Malvern, AR Urgent Care Clinic. Assistance with Receptionist duties will also be required. The clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

The following list is a snapshot of the common duties for this position:

• Monitor and record vital signs, medical history (surgical, family, etc)
• Perform phlebotomy procedures
• Assist with minor clinical procedures
• Point of care testing
• Administer medication, vaccinations
• Treat and assist patients with an illness or injury
• Gauge a patient's overall state of health
• Provide health education to patients and families
• Promote patient wellness
• Ensure appropriate legal and regulatory standards
• Referrals and Prior Authorizations
• Notify patients of test results
• Answer phones
• Perform registration duties as needed (verify insurance, update demographics, schedule appointment, etc)
• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
• Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and updating patient records.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
• License/Certification:
• LPN license to practice in Arkansas
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
