What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Scheduler/Receptionist position at Access Medical Clinic LLC?
We are looking to employ a Central Scheduler/Receptionist to work at our Hardy Arkansas location Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST. We offer competitive pay and benefits as well as a relaxed, team-based working environment.
Core Responsibilities:
*Answer phone calls promptly and relay messages when necessary.
*Set up new patients and update current patients' information in the EMR system
*Schedule and reschedule appointments
*Manage incoming clinic mail and upload to designated department leaders.
Qualifications:
*Computer knowledge required
*EMR - Athena experience preferred
*Customer Service experience preferred
*Preferred High school diploma or equivalent, required
*Associates degree, preferred
Abilities, Knowledge, Skills:
*Great customer service skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Strong computer skills - ability to learn and use EMR Strong attention to detail
*Team player
*Efficient time management and workload prioritization Strong multitasking skills
*Basic understanding of common medical terminology
