Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee our healthcare operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on medical management. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring high-quality patient care. This position does require 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring assigned regional managers are meeting for all elements of clinical operations ), patient outcomes, staffing, teammate experience and safety, staffing, financial outcomes, and KPI performance.
- Provide daily leadership and management of assigned regional managers as well as clinic staff through regular communication, in person rounding, email, phone calls, and virtual meetings
- Develop and lead management process focused on regular communication, formal meeting cadences, department objectives, KPI's for department personnel focused on ensuring all direct reports and locations meet business and clinical needs as set in partnership with AMC executives.
- Collaborate with clinic managers to establish performance metrics and monitor progress towards achieving organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to RHC standards and other relevant accreditation requirements across all facilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess facility performance, provide guidance, and support staff development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of resources across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on medical management.
- Knowledge of RHC standards and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
