Job Summary:
The Project Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to define project goals, allocate resources effectively, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role involves frequent updates to both executive leadership and team members.
Job Responsibilities:
· Define and maintain clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules
· Track project progress and proactively create alternate action plans when needed
· Identify and assess potential project risks in collaboration with the Operations Manager
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity
· Allocate resources appropriately to meet project demands
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budget expectations
· Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and team members
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across departments
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred
· 3 years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment (healthcare or laboratory experience is a plus)
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
· Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus, but not required)
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels
· Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and accountability

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
