We’re seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our team.

You will lead our e-commerce operations and strategy and be a crucial team member in driving organizational growth. You will manage our online store, optimize sales funnels, and work closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

A Day In The Life:

  • Oversees the pre-execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan, such as organizing on-site packaging of event materials and collaborating with internal and logistics partners.
  • Develops and executes e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and sales management.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, customer experience, and IT/development, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
  • Monitors and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implements digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, workflows, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develops customer journeys and mapping to build cohesive experiences across multiple platforms
  • Makes recommendations for optimizing the e-commerce platform for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Manages relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, marketing agency, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyzes sales performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Builds and integrate targeted audience lists
  • Implements A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Plans and executes seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.
  • Analyzes data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor site traffic and customer behavior.
  • Tracks and reports e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manages relationships with third-party vendors and platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Stays updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.


About You:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High level of positivity and energy to work in a quick-moving and fast changing team-focused environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, preferably Magento and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalization, chatbots, or AI-driven shopping experiences.
  • Portfolio of past work is encouraged


Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience in an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role.
