Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, counseling, and therapy sessions.
- Arrange home visits to evaluate a client’s health, home environment, and family interaction.
- Counsel clients going through crisis; often helping clients deal with loss, and illness.
- Help clients manage challenges in their lives.
- Create a plan to improve a client’s situation.
- Research and provide information on community resources.
- Conduct interviews and follow-ups with clients to ensure the plan for improvement is effective.
- Maintain accurate reports and records.
Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
- Must have 2 years experience under license
- Must have CPR certification
