What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman- Road Construction position at Access Pacific?
About Us
At Access Pacific Inc., we specialize in public works and infrastructure projects, delivering high-quality road construction services with a focus on efficiency, safety, and craftsmanship. Our work includes demolition, grading, concrete, asphalt paving, and minor landscaping repairs, as well as coordination with subcontractors for traffic striping, signals, and street lighting.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Foreman to lead and manage field crews while ensuring seamless project execution. This position is best suited for someone with hands-on field experience and strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage not just labor and equipment but also planning, coordination, and communication.
