What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Development Coordinator position at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness?
The Corporate Development Coordinator is expected oversee all aspects of M&A including deal sourcing, negotiation, diligence, and assistance with integration.
The ideal candidate will work hybrid (both remote and onsite) at our administrative office in Campbell Hall, NY.

Base pay plus salary commission 60,000-80,000
The Corporate Development Coordinator can expect to:
- Learn and develop new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with potential business clients, including, but not limited to, sending emails, making cold calls, attending trade shows and face-to-face meetings
- Manage the sales process, from generating leads to closing the transactions
- Identify proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns tailored to healthcare industries
- Work with finance to put together business plans and proforma’s for new opportunities
- Conduct analysis and projections post acquisition
- Provide weekly reporting of all sales statistics and results
- Build Business to Business partnerships
- Work with our marketing department on any collateral needs, attend healthcare events, campaigns, and conferences
- Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and other departments
Obtain client feedback and provide improvement suggestions
Requirements:
- Degree in healthcare administration is a plus!
- Experience with direct communication with C level executives
- Proven history of success in sales, especially those with an extended sales cycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language
- Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and labor market information
Ability to integrate into local healthcare organizations and industry leaders
