About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• To assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions.
• To develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
• To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
• To maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.

Requirements:

• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
