Job Duties
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patient needs and goals* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in physical therapy*
Requirements
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license* Recent graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply* Authorization to work in the US - we will assist with H1 visa transfer* Passion for serving others and making a positive impact on patients' lives*
