Job Title: Physical Therapist 

Job Type: PRN/Part Time Per diem position in inpatient/acute setting weekends and Thursday evenings 5-7/8pm. Two 4-hour shifts/month on a sign-up basis is required.

Job Location: 15 Maple Avenue Warwick, New York 

Salary Range: $60- $$65 hourly (commensurate with experience)
