Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Kent, CT. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Professional, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals* Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in orthopedic physical therapy*

Qualifications
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license* Recent graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply* Authorization to work in the US - we will assist with H1 visa transfer* Passion for serving others and making a positive impact on patients' lives*
