Therapy Services Expert

We are seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team in Kent, CT. As a member of our Orthopedic Physical Therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Position
This role involves conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed.

Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patient needs and goals* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in physical therapy*

Requirements
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license* Recent graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply* Authorization to work in the US - we will assist with H1 visa transfer* Passion for serving others and making a positive impact on patients' lives*

Compensation and Benefits
