Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
Sign-on bonus $5,500.00

Qualifications:
· Doctorate in Physical Therapy
· Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Pennsylvania.
· Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
