- Manage daily administrative operations, including office coordination, scheduling, and supply management.
- Greet and assist visitors while ensuring efficient front desk operations.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect copays.
- Maintain patient records, scan documents, and process faxes for scheduling and referrals.
- Coordinate procedures with hospitals and communicate with medical offices for orders and reports.
- Assist with billing tasks, including daily copay reporting and monthly collection tracking.
- Support physicians and nurses with patient-related tasks, medical records requests, and special procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and practice management systems (EClinical preferred)
