Senior Data Analyst with Tableau Experience

About the Company - This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing medical provider, working to change how care is provided. This is a growing company focused on the primary care space and improving patient outcomes while allowing physicians to spend more time with their patients.

About the Role - This role will be the second data hire and will focus on building visualizations and reports in Tableau that will drive business decisions. This is a senior role, reporting to the CFO, so someone with at least 5 years of experience and ideally experience building financial reports along with supporting Sales and Marketing. The company is located just west of downtown Austin and looking for someone to come into the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Development and delivery of monthly reports to key stakeholders
• Work with 3rd party-data partners and own that relationship
• Key Data partner to the CFO, working on data optimization, efficiencies, and supporting the value of the organization in the market.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of data & analytics or other relevant business intelligence experience, preferably with a comparable business, a Big 4 accounting firm, a well-known consulting company, or a private equity firm.
• 2 years working with Tableau and building reports and dashboards from scratch
• Strong SQL skills, TabPy, and VizQL
• Ability to create and execute the data strategy and roadmap
• Ability to work with healthcare data and use data to show cost savings
• Ability to use data to help the business make better decisions and drive sales

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in FP&A or Accounting, prior to moving into a Data role
• Experience working for a growing healthcare company and working with healthcare claims data
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Data science or Machine Learning - areas of focus for the future
