Description :
This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading multiple teams of cybersecurity professionals that are tasked with the planning, design, coordination, and continual improvement of enterprise-wide identity and access management programs and platforms. A successful director at Starbucks is a self-starter, a natural problem solver, collaborative, and able to work well with adversity and ambiguity. You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a deep technical understanding of modern identity solutions and the relevant cybersecurity threats, and a validated track record of a hands-on approach to leading and maturing programs in highly targeted environments at scale. Success for the role will be the delivery of a world class program that is positioned to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions across the enterprise.
