What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Associate position at Access Security, Inc.?
- Maintain the stock ratio of the business.
- Evaluate the cost of products and decided what is the most cost effective.
- Review the distributor invoice details to ensure they match the quoted price.
- Replenish stock in the warehouse and filling of order forms.
- Estimate the potential stock requirements.
- Track the distribution of inventory to the technicians.
- Receive delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirm that delivered goods match purchase order: specifications of quantity, condition, and model number.
- Other clerical duties to be assigned by Supervisor.
- Creating Proposal Documents
- Processing Change Orders
- Help in other departments as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
