Access Self Storage is a family owned and operated business established in 1976, who helped to pioneer the Self Storage industry in the Northeast.
We are currently seeking a Manager who is eager to join a company with growth potential. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service and sales, and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
As a Manager with Access you will be an integral member of our team, delivering the best customer experience and service, all while building lasting relationships. Our team members are passionate about what they do and offer empathy and understanding to all customers situations.
We provide extensive training in all aspects of our business. Previous self storage experience is not required, all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage process.
- Achieve sales goals with potential customers through rentals, boxes and packing supplies and insurance sales.
- Guide our customers through our very simple contact-free rental process.
- Maintain facility cleanliness standards by performing daily tasks (vacant units cleaning, sweeping/mopping, check lighting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience in the retail and or service industries preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with access to transportation.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
