Position Description
Access Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Lead to join our Day Program team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized supports to adults with developmental disabilities/autism who attend our Community Life Day Programs.
As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our program attendees by developing and implementing individualized support plans, providing life skills training, and promoting social and recreational opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities/autism
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
