">Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing direct care support to individuals with intellectual disabilities living in their own homes or their natural family's homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 25-30 hours of direct care support to individuals
- Assisting with the development and implementation of individual support plans
- Training and supervision of Direct Support Professionals
- Maintaining documentation and data related to caseload
Requirements:
- One year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance
- Ability to travel during the course of a normal workday
